Host a private paint party with us, either in our vibrant downtown Florence studio or online via Zoom! Whether it’s a Ladies Night Out, corporate event, Family Fun Day, or something unique, we’ll help you create an unforgettable experience.

Important Notes:

A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to reserve your party date. Without this deposit, the requested date will not be held.

Minimum of 10 painters required for in-studio events.

For travel events, a minimum of 15-20 painters is required.
What’s Included in Your Private Party:

Choice of Design: Choose from our DIY packages, private gallery, or request a custom design (additional fee for custom art).

All Supplies Provided: We provide paint, aprons, brushes, and all other necessary art materials.

Live Step-by-Step Instruction: A professional artist will guide you through each stroke of the way.
What’s Not Included:

Food & Drinks: You’re welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks to enjoy during the party!

Alcohol: Bring your own wine or beer (for guests 21+).

DJ: For an additional fee, you can add a live DJ to your event. Recommended for parties of 15 or more.(contact us for pricing) PLEASE NOTE: Dj's availability is dependent on their schedule.

What is the minimum/maximum number of painters?

Minimum of 10 painters for in-studio events.

Minimum of 15-20 painters required for travel parties (we come to you!).

Maximum of 25-28 painters in our downtown studio. Groups over 28 should book a "Travel to You" Paint Party.
travel events: Is there a travel fee?
-
No travel fee for events within 30 miles of our downtown Florence studio.

Travel fee of $50 (and up) for events beyond 30 miles. (price is determined by round trip milage from our down town studio to the event location.
Payment Terms:

To secure your date, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required.

The remaining balance is due 5 days before the event. We recommend collecting payments from your guests ahead of time to ensure your remaining balance is locked in and paid for on time.

We do not offer individual payment buttons at this time.
