You are welcome to make it a birthday party, ladies night out, date night, bridal shower, baby shower, company team building, or church group event.
FAQ: What is the required minimum/maximum amount of painters for Private Party?
- Must have a minimum of 5 painters to book
Paint Party in studio during the week (Monday -Thursday)
- Must have a minimum of at least 10 painters to book
Paint Party in studio on Friday/Saturday.
- Must have a minimum of 15-20 painters to book for us to
travel to your location Paint Party.
- MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF PAINTERS HELD
IN OUR DOWNTOWN STUDIO IS NO MORE THAN 25-28 PAINTERS
GROUPS LARGER THAN 28 ARE RECOMMENDED TO
BOOK A "TRAVEL TO YOU" PAINT PARTY.
THERE IS A TRAVEL FEE OF $40 FOR ALL TRAVEL EVENTS
WITHIN 30 MILES / $50 OR MORE FOR EVENTS OVER 30 MILES.
*UPDATED 7/19/22* TO PROTECT PAINT PARTY HOSTS FROM NO SHOWS, aLL party MINIMUMS MUST BE PAID IN FULL 3 days before party date for an event.
WE ENCOURAGE PARTY HOSTS TO COLLECT minimum SEAT PAYMENTS BEFORE BOOKING YOUR PRIVATE PARTY DATE.
If deposit ($50) payment is not received, your inquired DATE will NOT be valid.*
ALL In-Studio Paint Parties INCLUDE:
- Your choice of design
- Choice between 11x14(medium) or 16x20(large) sized canvas ($2 extra per canvas)
- All art supplies (paint, aprons, brushes)
- Live Step-by-Step lesson with Artist in Studio
PAINTING OPTIONS:
- Choose from our DIY Packages, Private Gallery or request a custom design (for an additional quoted fee).
- Size choice of canvases is final after the deposit has been made.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Parties may be canceled and rescheduled within 7 business days prior to the event without facing the cancellation fee. There is a cancellation fee of $250 for last minute cancellations made within 6 days out before your event.
REFUND POLICY:
No Refunds, only Credits are issued. Credit amounts are determined by Addie's Baby Studio.
